We strive for a quick delivery to our Customers.
Typical delivery for custom work is slower in the spring and summer so it is wise to plan for the late
fall through winter for those who have an early spring show season. Current workload as well as Intricate designs may result in additional delivery time. Rush orders may be available
on request for a fee.
Free Shipping UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for all orders over $500.00.
Shipping for all items under $500.00 or items being shipped by other method with be charged actual shipping cost.

PAYMENT
All custom work requires a minimum 50% non-refundable Down Payment
at the time of ordering and must be paid in full prior to shipping. All adjustments or required corrections must be communicated
to Gotta Be Seen with in 1 week of receiving the outfit. After 1 week of receiving the outfit, all corrections or adjustments
required must be communicated to Gotta Be Seen for scheduling or all required alterations will be made on a $20/hr charge.
All Items less than $500 and chaps not purchased
with an outfit require a 100% non-refundable down payment.
New & Used Sale and Consignment Items require full
payment at time of sale and prior to shipping.
We accept
payments of Cash, Certified Checks or Money Orders
We
accept Personal Checks but we will hold items until the check clears the bank. Any check that comes back due
to insufficient funds will be subjected to a $35.00 fee.
Major
credit cards can be accepted for a 3% added fee through PayPal to: lbusch02@hotmail.com
All Ohio orders require Sales Tax based on the county the items will be
shipped to.
No returns will be accepted
on any custom work, embellishment work or consignment item.
Cash
refunds will be made on pre-made item if returned with in 2 weeks of purchase in original shape with tags. Returns made after
14 days and before 60 days will be credited to the purchase of another item. No returns will be accepted on any pre-made item
returned after 30 days.
